Who are we looking for? A dynamic, creative, and energetic Head of Marketing \/ Marketing Director to lead and grow our brand. You are digitally savvy, commercially minded, and passionate about building high-impact marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get the job done. What will you do? Drive and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy. Manage and coordinate all brand activities across channels (TTL). Facilitate communication and manage key internal and external stakeholders. Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints. Bring fresh thinking, creativity, and innovation to marketing initiatives. Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and campaign execution. Lead, mentor, and develop the internal marketing team. Monitor and report on campaign performance, leads, and key marketing KPIs. Conduct customer, market, and competitor research and analysis. Identify opportunities, trends, and insights to support business growth. What do you need? Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum 10 years' experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, and customer acquisition. Strong understanding of web, social, e-commerce, and emerging digital technologies. Previous agency experience is highly advantageous. Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies. A hands-on approach with the ability to operate strategically and tactically. Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills. Confident, resourceful, decisive, and able to take initiative. Comfortable challenging ideas and providing constructive input in the best interests of the brand. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
