Minimum Requirements:
Appropriate Business and/or Marketing Degree/Diploma
Minimum 8-10 years Pharmaceutical Marketing experience,
Experience managing Brand Managers will be strongly preferred
Extensive experience in the OTC field will be strongly preferred
Proven experience in working on Digital Marketing campaigns (i.e., social media, Websites, Email campaigns, etc.)

Position Summary and Objective:

Responsible for leading a team of Brand Managers, in developing and executing marketing strategies for an expanding portfolio of products, which currently includes OTC, Cardiovascular, Diabetes, and Dermatology products.

• Successful launch of new brands and maximizing market share and operating profitability of key strategic product portfolios, as agreed upon by the Marketing Director.

• Responsible for portfolio and product strategy, campaign development, market research, gap analysis, feasibility analyses.

• Ensure brand and portfolio profitability through knowledge and management of product, price, promotion, place, and costs.

• Coaching and development of Brand managers.

• Lead negotiation, partnerships, and strategic engagements with key stakeholders, including key opinion leaders, societies, wholesalers, and pharmacy groups.

• Work closely with Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Sales, Key Accounts, Market Access, Training, Legal, Finance, Business Development, and other internal stakeholders, to guide the short, mid and long-term product and portfolio strategic direction for the products under their responsibility.
