SUMMARY:
Manage a Team responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates to service the needs for the Africa sector.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

Talent sourcing
Oversee the candidate recruitment life cycle/experience
Promote the organization as an employer of choice.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pipeline.
Manage the Recruitment Team
Manage Onboarding Process
Record management.
Conduct benchmarking and implement Talent Acquisition Best Practices
Develop stakeholder relationships for effective management of the process
Remain updated on best practices in recruitment
Initiate process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

Degree in HR, Psychology, Business
5+ years of experience in a managerial role in recruitment with strong knowledge of HR related functions
Sound business acumen
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Proven experience as a recruitment specialist, talent acquisition specialist or similar.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems
