Head of Sales : General Trade

A multinational FMCG organization is looking for a highly experienced Head of Sales with extensive expertise in General Trade to develop and maximize the distribution of National retail, wholesale and route to market chains.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• At least 9 - 15years’ sales experience in a similar or related industry - preferably FMCG or retail
• Commercial experience and be commercially astute
• Able to identify new business, build sales team capabilities and manage customer relationships
• Expertise in brand marketing, innovation process, strategy development, market segmentation, and insights as well as market research
• Exceptional business development skills
• Build relationships between distributors and clients 

• Sales, sales operations and sales capabilities
• Wholesale and Route-to-market
• Traditional Trade
