POSITION INFO:
Introduction Harmony Gold Mining Company is seeking a Head of Service Quality Management to drive a culture of quality across Group Technology and ensure alignment between technology services and business expectations. This role will be responsible for establishing quality frameworks, improving service delivery, and ensuring that technology solutions support safe and effective mining operations. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Informatics or Computer Engineering. Deep technical expertise in managing quality and service management environments. Strong understanding of: Quality management principles. Service management standards and industry practices. Advanced degree (advantageous) . Job Description Summary Develop and implement the IT Quality Management (ITQM) strategy and policy. Establish KPIs and a risk-based approach to quality management. Oversee quality across the full IT service delivery lifecycle. Define and implement testing frameworks and quality verification platforms. Manage testing processes, defect resolution, and post-implementation reviews. Drive continuous improvement using LEAN and Six Sigma approaches. Manage stakeholder engagement and communication on service quality. Establish governance, risk, and compliance frameworks for quality management. Ensure accurate and timely reporting to governance forums and stakeholders.
