WHO ARE WE: A digitally lead division of an established integrated marketing agency.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR: An experienced, passionate and creative Head of Social Media Strategy

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

You will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies and budgets in order to reach set KPI’s and increase their clients online presence and improve their marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the traditional media department. The role requires management of a team and overseeing the training of new employees.

WHAT DO YOU NEED:

Four+plus years of experience as a social media specialist or similar role and of the four years, minimum of two years experience managing and implementing campaigns from start to end on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram.
Financial knowledge and experience in Suggesting budgets, budget splits and managing budgets throughout a campaign.
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices and trends
Social media strategy experience, Planning and implementing strategies
Knowledge of setting up and managing access across various business managers and pages, following best practices
Excellent multitasking skills
Leadership skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
