Joining a dynamic team within the FMCG sector, our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Product Solutions to lead their product management initiatives. Duties: Develop and oversee product training programs to enhance team and client understanding. Manage key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and business growth. Maximise sales opportunities through strategic planning and execution. Direct client interactions to foster strong relationships and identify new opportunities. Negotiate deals that align with company goals and client needs. Lead and manage the sales team to achieve set targets and objectives. Requirements: Proven experience of 10+ years in product management, sales, or account management within the FMCG industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities. Demonstrated success in maximizing sales and managing key accounts. Ability to develop and implement effective product training programs. Familiarity with the following: FMCG market dynamics and trends. Strategic sales and account management.
