High-Impact Sales Director

Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Director to lead and accelerate revenue growth, build high-performing teams, and execute a scalable sales strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of exceeding targets in competitive markets.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business objectives
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team
Drive revenue growth through new business development and key account expansion
Establish and monitor sales KPIs, forecasts, and pipeline management
Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize go-to-market strategies
Identify market opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning
Implement best practices, tools, and processes to improve sales performance

Requirements

Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role
Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience
