JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking for an immediately available individual to take up this opportunity. This role would entail running a branch / hub to ensure optimal efficiency, including communication and relaying of messages between the franchisee, staff and driver partners. This individual will manage and lead a team of people in allocating workload and managing day to day operations.

Requirements:

Grade 12 with tertiary qualification
Previous experience in logistics and service industry preferred

Must be a results driven and customer focused individual with proven leadership abilities. Duties include complaint resolution and feedback.
