Human Capital Controller
Woodmead based
R45,000.00 to R60,000 and a car allowance of R10,210.00 per month.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Payroll size managed: above 5000 employees.
System used: SAP
Must have supervisory experience.
This is not a HR Generalist role.
To support the HC Administration Manager in delivering an efficient and effective Human Capital administration service to employees across the Group (South Africa and international), in accordance with Human Capital policies and procedures.
Diploma or Higher Certificate in Human Resource Management.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources Administration or payroll within a corporate environment with multiple operating companies.
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory capacity in Human Resources Administration.
International exposure within the Human Resource Administration environment will be an advantage.
