JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client has an opportunity available for a Human Resource Officer.

Requirements:

Microsoft Office knowledge.
Good knowledge of the Sage 300 Payroll system.
Good understanding of BBBEE and transformation.

KPAs:

Coordinate compensation and benefits administration and coordination.
Manage and end-to-end salary survey process.
Calculate and finalize salary increases and incentive bonuses.
Manage employment equity, provide WSP statistics and BBBEE administration.
Administer the admin of promotions and talent management.
Provide input or coordinate departmental budgets as required.
Contribute to managing cost efficiencies through the department budgets.
Responsible for the project management of office moves and office.
