SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for an experienced Regional Product Manager to take ownership of the Clutch, Suspension and Wheel End Solutions portfolio across the India, Middle East and Africa (IMEA) region.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements: Relevant experience in product management, preferably within the automotive aftermarket. Strong knowledge of automotive products, specifications and development processes . Experience with clutch, suspension and\/or wheel-end products will be highly advantageous. Proven experience in product portfolio and range management. Experience in product strategy, product development and range extensions . Understanding of IAM and OES\/OE markets . Strong strategic, analytical and commercial skills. Excellent negotiation, influencing and relationship-building abilities. Proven ability to drive results and execute product strategies. Key Responsibilities: Take end-to-end ownership of regional portfolio sales and margins. Develop and implement regional product range strategies. Manage portfolio development and range extensions based on market and customer requirements. Define and execute the regional portfolio strategy. Support regional sales teams with product positioning and go-to-market strategies. Identify market opportunities and ensure products are positioned within the appropriate customer segments. Work closely with sales, engineering, purchasing and other regional stakeholders. Support both operational and strategic planning for the portfolio.
