SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to lead the delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organisation's technology infrastructure, systems, and IT services. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, availability, and performance of the IT environment while providing strategic and operational leadership to the IT team.
The successful candidate will oversee IT operations, service delivery, infrastructure management, cybersecurity compliance, vendor relationships, and technology projects. They will act as a key liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external service providers, ensuring technology services effectively support business objectives.

Excellent planning, prioritisation, and decision-making skills. Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving ability, with a focus on root cause analysis and long-term solutions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality IT services. Solid understanding of cybersecurity, IT governance, risk management, and compliance requirements. The ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, incidents, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment. Strong commercial acumen, including experience with budget management, vendor management, procurement processes, contract administration, and service provider performance management. What Success Looks Like The successful candidate will be measured against the following key outcomes: Maintaining high levels of system availability, service reliability, and incident resolution performance. Successfully delivering IT infrastructure and technology projects within agreed scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines. Driving positive user experiences through effective IT support and service delivery. Ensuring compliance with security standards, governance frameworks, disaster recovery requirements, backup strategies, and audit obligations. Effectively managing IT budgets, software licensing, supplier relationships, and contractual commitments.
