Our client is looking for an experienced IT Solutions Specialist to join a growing team in Port Elizabeth.

This client-facing role focuses on identifying opportunities, designing tailored IT and cybersecurity solutions, and supporting the sales process from discovery through to deal closure.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Engage with clients to identify IT and technology requirements Conduct site assessments and solution discovery sessions Design and present solutions across: Managed IT Services Networking & Infrastructure Microsoft 365 & Cloud Cybersecurity Prepare proposals, pricing, and solution designs Support sales teams in presenting solutions and closing opportunities Manage and grow existing client relationships while developing new business opportunities Requirements Strong knowledge of networking, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, and server fundamentals Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business benefits Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Self-driven and comfortable working in a consultative, client-facing environment Valid driver's licence and own transport Advantageous Experience in IT pre-sales, managed services, or IT sales Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CCNA, CompTIA, MikroTik, Sophos, etc.) Experience with cloud technologies, firewalls, and managed IT solutions Apply now and play a key role in delivering innovative IT solutions that help businesses thrive.
