The Role:

One of our major clients are going back to their offices from 3 May 2022.

Only fully vaccinated staff will be allowed onsite.Â

With this said lots off preparation had to be done onsite to accommodate all the staff back and together we must support them during they return.

Skills and Experience:

We need x10 IT Support staff who can assist users on the return for one month i.e. May 2022.

What the role entails:

You will be runners / assistance to them on the floors with basic IT support, i.e. connecting users laptops / desktops, checking basic troubleshooting issues, e.g. unable to get the screen, keyboard or mouse working since they will be using external peripherals which we have already setup per desk. Etc.

We need these employees by the 29^th April for an induction so they are briefed what is required on the 3^rd May.
