The successful incumbent will deliver professional HR services to various clients (Western Cape and nationally) on a consultancy basis. Key performance areas will include the following:

Psychometric Assessments
Coaching and Mentoring
Career Counselling
Organisational Development
Talent Management
Labour Relations
HR Policies and Procedures
Compliance (EE, WSP/ATR)
Remuneration
Performance Management
Training and Development
General Business Consulting

The ideal candidate has:

A Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology
Professional registration with the HPCSA
Minimum 3 years’ experience after professional registration
Exceptional interpersonal (consulting) skills
Above average writing skills (English and Afrikaans)
Excellent project management skills
