Job Purpose

We are seeking a motivated IT Intern to support our IT department with day-to-day technical and administrative tasks. This internship offers practical workplace experience for a candidate with an IT certification.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line IT support to users (hardware, software, and basic network issues)

Assist with system administration and user account management

Support IT asset management and documentation

Assist with troubleshooting, installations, and upgrades

Perform basic administrative and reporting duties related to IT operations

Adhere to IT policies, procedures, and security standards

Minimum Requirements

Completed IT Certification (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, or equivalent)

Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and Microsoft applications

Strong organisational and communication skills

Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
