JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure & Support Manager for our dynamic client based in Bedfordview

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Managing the company’s infrastructure and technical support department
Overseeing a small team of technicians
Ensuring the team quickly and efficiently responds to inbound technical support issues
Oversee and work alongside security and network departments
Protection of data through backups and replication
Ability to implement & maintain virtual environments
Proven experience in Network design maintenance and implementation
Define and manage the QA/QC testing process for all software and hardware releases
Clear understanding of Microsoft 365 administration, compliance, and security
Implement and manage change management processes throughout the environment

Requirements:

BSc degree in Computer Science
Microsoft certifications
Security certifications
Extensive experience with Hyper-V replication
Experience with Cisco managed switches, Fortinet, VLAN technology
Experience with Veeam Backups & Replication
ManageEngine range of products
JIRA for change management
Understanding of SQL backups
Microsoft Azure experience

Salary: R 70 000 CTC p/m
