Insurance Litigation Specialist

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Commercial Insurance Industry is expanding their legal team by hiring an Insurance Litigation Specialist.

POSITION INFO:
LLB or Legal Degree
RE5
Legal Officer Experience – 5yrs or more OR Insurance Experience – 5yrs or more
Commercial Insurance experience
Key Responsibilities:
Operational 1.
Handle all legal and litigation insurance issues
2. Sound knowledge of claims principles in industry including Claims management
3. Actively Manage and oversee start to end claims function of the claims handlers in the division and assist them technically.
4. Contribute to the growth and profitability of the Company by providing excellent service and maintaining relationships
5. Manage and Organize day to day operations by establishing priorities to ensure Registering, handling and settling of claims on Company’s delegated authority and at the same time maintain the standards of the claims department 6. Working with the various department heads to implement new legislations when needed
