SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for an experienced Internal Audit Quality Team Leader to oversee quality assurance processes within the Internal Audit division. This role is ideal for an auditor with strong leadership capability, Big 4 grounding, and a passion for elevating audit standards across the business.

POSITION INFO:

As the Internal Audit Quality Team Leader, you will:
Review operations across the group of companies
Lead audit teams on riskâbased audit engagements
Oversee and enhance Internal Audit’s Quality Improvement Process
Conduct peer reviews to ensure compliance with IIA GIAS and TWK methodology
Oversee IT service providers and ensure effective monitoring
Apply data analytics for continuous reviews, reporting, and fraud detection

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 15+ years’ Internal Audit experience
Big 4 Internal Audit experience required
Previous inâhouse Internal Audit experience required
Proficiency in Audit Quality Reviews
Strong analytical, communication, and problemâsolving abilities
Advanced MS Office skills
Barn Owl experience advantageous
Valid driver’s licence, passport & willingness to travel

Qualifications:
Matric
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Internal Audit, or related field
Honours degree advantageous
CIA qualification advantageous
