SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing strategic leadership, governance oversight, and operational direction to the International Logistics division. The role ensures sustainable growth, client retention, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, risk management, and financial performance across all regions and functional areas.

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree - Essential
Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration/Logistics and/or Qualified Chartered Accountant - Advantageous

Experience:

Minimum 8 years leadership experience managing multi-functional teams
Proven experience in driving operational and financial performance
Experience managing regulatory compliance and customs risk
Experience leading transformation, automation, or operational improvement initiatives
Experience managing customer relationships and business development
Experience managing large-scale operational or regional logistics functions
