POSITION INFO:
Join a global mining technology business where finance sits close to the commercial conversation. Working alongside the Group Financial Controller, you'll provide meaningful financial insight, challenge performance and partner with stakeholders across the business to support better decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Support the Group Financial Controller across group finance Business partnering with key operational and commercial stakeholders Management reporting and financial analysis Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis Analyse financial performance and identify key drivers Provide commercial insight to support decision-making Drive financial controls and process improvements Support month-end and group reporting Prepare financial models and ad hoc analysis Partner with stakeholders on financial and operational performance Job Experience & Skills Required: BCom Accounting \/ Finance or relevant qualification 3-5+ years' relevant finance experience Strong Finance Business Partnering \/ Management Accounting experience Experience supporting senior finance leadership Strong budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis skills Excellent Excel and financial reporting capabilities Strong commercial and analytical mindset Confident engaging with senior stakeholders Mining, technology or multinational environment advantageous Someone who can challenge the numbers, not just report them Apply now!
