JOB SUMMARY:
Our client a large concern in the Smoke and Natural Ventilation Industry, is looking to hire a Junior Contracts Manager as soon as possible.

This is an urgent recruitment

JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will be responsible to manage and plan the contracts allocated to you by the Senior Contracts Manager.

Working with the Senior Contracts Manager, you will be expected to plan and execute timeous and accurate commencement and completion of all contracts.

The objective of your role:

To ensure accurate and effective contract handover meetings.
Ensure timeous and accurate procurement of materials required.
Detailed sub-contractors briefing sessions and handovers.
Ensure timeous and professional completion of all contracts.
Maintain customer contact to ensure excellence in after-sales service.

Requirements:

Qualification in any form of way in the Building Industry
At least 3 years experience in this type of field
Able to communicate well with management and to ensure that all info is communicated on time.
Clear Credit and Criminal Record
