SUMMARY:
We are urgently looking for a JUNIOR FMCG REGIONAL MANAGER to oversee a portfolio of 11 stores spread across the WC region.

The role reports into both the Regional Manager and the National Operations Manager and is a 6-day week operational role.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or similar discipline
Valid driver’s license
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role overseeing multiple stores
Staff management experience
QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) experience is required
Strong leadership and operational management experience
Willingness to travel between stores within the region

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular store visits and operational audits
Stock control and inventory management oversight
Staff supervision and operational support across the portfolio
Implementation of disciplinary procedures when required
Compilation and management of staff rosters/scheduling
Maintenance of operational logs and compliance documentation
Handling compliance-related calls and follow-ups
Support and execution of new store openings
Ensure high levels of customer service across all stores
Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally
