SUMMARY:
Key Account Manager- Pietermaritzburg

POSITION INFO:
Our client is looking for a dedicated person to join their company

Responsibilities:

Preparing an annual sales budget and marketing plan.
New and current business costing and pricing and project co-ordination.
Lead, participate and co-ordinate customer contract and drawings review activities.
Responsible for initiating and leading RFQ process in line with IATF 16949.
Gather, report and communicate customers feedback on service and product delivery.
Responsibility for managing and negotiating the pricing to Customers – determine and set pricing based on costs.
Serve as contact point for customers and internal teams.
Manage all customer related requests and queries.
Resolve customers’ complaints in an effective and respectful way.
Update/Maintain and download information from customer portals for distribution within the company.
Create monthly reports for management meetings.
Logistical planning
Negotiating with delivery contractors to achieve reliable and cost-effective transport.

Minimum Requirements:

A degree/diploma in Marketing or Financial Costing or Commerce.
3 – 5 years’ work experience in marketing or commercial/financial position,
Preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
A clear identification with company goals, high initiative and the ability to think positively
