Key Account Manager- Pietermaritzburg

POSITION INFO:
Our client is looking for a dedicated person to join their company

Responsibilities:

• Preparing an annual sales budget and marketing plan.
• New and current business costing and pricing and project co-ordination.
• Lead, participate and co-ordinate customer contract and drawings review activities.
• Responsible for initiating and leading RFQ process in line with IATF 16949.
• Gather, report and communicate customers feedback on service and product delivery.
• Responsibility for managing and negotiating the pricing to Customers – determine and set pricing based on costs.
• Serve as contact point for customers and internal teams.
• Manage all customer related requests and queries.
• Resolve customers’ complaints in an effective and respectful way.
• Update/Maintain and download information from customer portals for distribution within the company.
• Create monthly reports for management meetings.
• Logistical planning
• Negotiating with delivery contractors to achieve reliable and cost-effective transport.

• A degree/diploma in Marketing or Financial Costing or Commerce.
• 3 – 5 years’ work experience in marketing or commercial/financial position,
• Preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• A clear identification with company goals, high initiative and the ability to think positively
