Your Mission: Manage and grow key client accounts, design tailored logistics solutions, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

Build strong, lasting relationships with strategic accounts
Understand client needs and deliver customized courier & express solutions
Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and upsell where appropriate
Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
Act as the trusted point of contact for your portfolio, resolving issues and ensuring retention
