SUMMARY:
Are you a dynamic relationship builder with a passion for driving growth? Our Client is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow their Long-Term Rentals portfolio in KwaZulu-Natal.

POSITION INFO:
This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional stakeholder management, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire, retain, and grow long-term rental accounts (vans, LDVs, commercial vehicles) in corporate sectors such as logistics, FMCG, manufacturing, retail distribution, and field services
Build deep relationships with Ops, Transport Managers, Fleet/Procurement, Finance, and Site Managers
Represent the full range of products and services to customers
Negotiate pricing within set guidelines to maximize profitability

Requirements:

5 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably within logistics/fleet/commercial rentals/industrial B2B
Demonstrated success in long-term rentals, leasing, or contract-based sales with vans/LDVs/commercial vehicles
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and deliver on growth and revenue targets
Solid understanding of account planning and customer profitability
High level of professionalism and consultative approach
