We’re looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Key Accounts Manager to join a well-established firm in the financial services industry.

POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Do:

Take ownership of a portfolio of key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded at every touchpoint.
Build strong, long-term relationships by understanding each client’s business, challenges, and goals.
Identify opportunities to expand engagement and add value through tailored solutions and services.
Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Regularly review account performance, provide insights, and lead strategic account planning sessions.

Proven experience in key account management, client relationship management, or B2B sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to earn trust and keep it.
Strategic mindset with the ability to uncover and deliver win-win outcomes.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease.
