Key Accounts Manager - Casinos

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with all our casino customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Conduct regular site visits to understand customers' operations and provide tailored casino solutions.
• Act as the liaison between our casino customers and the internal team to address any operational issues.
• Coordinate technical-related issues with our technical support team for resolution.
• Support customers in understanding the technical aspects of the EGMs, ensuring they can operate the EGM’s effectively.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through game performance management and upgrades.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to expand the company's footprint within performing casino operations.
• Collaborate with Aristocrat to ensure customers are informed of new product offerings.
• Oversee EGM installations ensuring minimal disruption to the customer’s operations.
• Manage lease agreement contract renewals and negotiations aligning customer needs with company profitability.
• Provide regular feedback to the Managing Team on customer needs, industry trends, and escalations to Aristocrat.
