key account Manager -Yellow equipment-DRC

SUMMARY:
Purpose: Management of customer mine site in DRC, where performs CSA, rebuild of Cat equipment, parts liaison, SOS lab and Hydraulic CRC. For.Major product lines, Cat, Bucyrus and Metso.

POSITION INFO:

Main duties 

Health, Safety, Environment and Quality management;

Achieve annual financial targets of site/CSA;

Effective business and customer relationship management;

To optimize the financial and operational performance of site/CSA;

Effective management of staff;

Create a team environment that drives innovation and increased performance;

Effective financial and operational management of site;

Risk management;

Development and coaching of Congolese nationals;

Responsible of the transfer of skills from expatriate expertise to national staff.

Key competences (Expected key skills)

Mastery in the use of computers and good experience in manipulation of complex informatics programs/software; 

Valid Driving license;

Confirmed mining experience;

Customer relationship experience;

Business management experience;

Strong technical & application back ground on CAT mining mobile equipment;

Customer relationship and business management capabilities (Service, parts, etc...);

Bilingual (fluent English speaking as well as French);

Good approach in the transfer of skills from expatriate expertise to national staff.

Experience / Knowledge / Skills

Good Customer interpersonnel skills ;

Good Business development skills ;

Track record in leading / managing people in a team-based environment;

Experience in managing a service operation/CSA /MARC  (CRITICAL);

Good technical knowledge ;

Sound business and Financial acumen;

Exposure to business planning / budgeting processes;

Sound HR and IR skills;

Sound knowledge of safety and risk  rules and regulations;

Sound business communication and presentation skills;

Sound MS Office knowledge ;

Ability to live in a remote environment;

Mining or mechanical background;

English, mandatory, French/Swahili an asset;

Experience: minimum 5 years wanted in the position;

Huge Dealer Experience and good customer relationship.
