JOB SUMMARY:
Our client, a Legal Firm based in Sandton, Johannesburg is currently seeking a Director / Partner with Corporate and Commercial experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements

LLB degree
Master’s degree in Banking and Finance and/or Corporate Law would be an advantage
Minimum 8 to 10 years post admission experience within a commercial law firm
Mergers and acquisitions experience
Corporate governance experience
