An exciting position has become available for a Legal Advisor for our client who are market leaders in Education based in Umhlanga, Durban.

Ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures of the company
Ensuring compliance with the statutory legislation
Drafting and vetting all legal documentation
Litigation
Legal advisory

Job Requirements:
5 years’ proven experience post admission
Litigation experience in Magistrate and Regional Court
Strategic capability and leadership
Results oriented
Organisational resilience
Dispute resolution, mediation, and negotiation skills

Required Skills / Qualifications:
LLB Degree
Admission as an Attorney in the High Court of South Africa
