Join our client an industry-leading company as a Logistics Director and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As Logistics Director, you will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive logistics strategies, oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations, and lead a talented team to exceed service and efficiency goals.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities

Develop and implement end-to-end logistics strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
Lead and manage logistics operations including inventory management, warehousing, freight, and transportation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, sales, and customer service to align supply chain objectives.
Oversee compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Analyse logistics data to drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovative solutions.
Manage budgets, negotiate contracts with suppliers and carriers, and ensure operational KPIs are met or exceeded.

Requirements

Proven experience (15+ years) in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role .
Strong knowledge of logistics software systems and technologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment .
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management.
