POSITION INFO:
We are seeking someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys leading teams, and has the drive to optimise end-to-end logistics processes. In this role, you’ll have the autonomy to implement operational improvements, manage distribution and inventory, and make a measurable impact on the company’s growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in logistics operations management (3–5 years minimum)
Prior exposure to the electrical, industrial, or distribution sectors is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, distribution, and inventory management
Ensure compliance with company policies, SLAs, and regulatory requirements
Oversee reporting and documentation to support operational decisions
Lead, motivate, and develop logistics teams to achieve peak performance
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to optimise efficiency
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow across operations
