MEDICAL CENTRE MANAGER | THOYANDOU | LIMPOPO

A healthcare facility in Thohoyandou, Limpopo requires a skilled manager to oversee all aspects of the facility. This role requires a skilled individual with exceptional people skills, communication skills, and management skills. This role needs an individual with good timekeeping abilities who is organized and works in a planned and forward-thinking manner. You must have a good understanding of the operations, policies, and procedures of a healthcare facility. Good Interpersonal, public relations and people skills are essential. You must have empathy and must be able to empathize with patients and the difficult situations that others are facing. You must be flexible and able to handle criticism and enact change when needed. You need to be computer literate and must have administration skills.

You must always have the best interest of the patient in mind. Adhering to the company culture is crucial to ensure a successful practice and a great working environment for employees and teamwork.

You will be expected to manage the Centre by developing strategies, managing all staff, servicing professionals and tenants, performing administrative duties, coaching and training of staff, fostering teamwork, and maintaining the center's security.

You will coordinate with healthcare professionals and departmental managers constantly to determine what the facility needs, work with human resources to set and maintain adherence to HR policies and participate in training and drills for all staff. Getting a quotation for medical equipment and Calibration of machines and services.

Feedback and reporting are daily tasks, so Excel, Word, and Teams communications are done daily.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Management / Other relevant qualifications will be beneficial
• Experience in the medical field is preferable
• Own Reliable Transportation and Driver’s License
• Excellent Management Skills
• Assertive yet approachable
• Great Timekeeping
• Must be organized with good communication skills
• Good track record
• Experience working as a practice manager, or similar role in the medical field
• Honest and Ethical
• Computer Literate (MS Office including MS Excel, MS Word, Teams, GoodX, PaySpace)

Working hours:

Mondays to Fridays: 07:00 - 16h00 / 8.00 – 17.00 (or when the last professional leaves)

Weekend work every Second weekend:

Saturdays from 7.30 – 12.00 (or when the last professional leaves.)

Salary:

R23 000 ctc
