SUMMARY:
KPA - Ensure maintenance activities are managed that supports equipment reliability / availability, lower costs, improved efficiencies, continuous improvement & sustainability. Improve refurbishment procedures, proper project execution, drive OHS compliance - GMR 2.1 appointee

POSITION INFO:
Requirements Degree: Electrical or Mechanical Engineering GCC (Factories) - GMR 2.1 Appointment 10 Years Experience in a Heavy Engineering Industry RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Develop \/ implement maintenance strategies 2) Improve equipment reliability, sustainability and reduce costs 3) Ensure safe, efficient & accurate maintenance of equipment 4) Engineering support - mechanical and electrical 5) Preventative maintenance programs 6) Major and annual Shutdown planning 7) Managing \/ completing maintenance & repair requests 8) Talent development \/ succession planning 9) Regular maintenance reports 10) ID \/ Manage contractors & suppliers 11) H&S Compliance, Risk assessments, Audits, ID high-risk areas 12) Monitor technical developments \/ implement improvements \/ projects 13) Budgets & Procurement 14) Adherence to Occupational and Environmental Safety Health Administration standards Personality profile: a.
