POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the maintenance department, including mechanical and electrical teams. Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programmes. Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of furnaces and associated equipment. Minimise downtime through effective planning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and contractor performance. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve plant reliability and maintenance practices. Coordinate planned shutdowns and maintenance projects. Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions where required. Mentor and develop maintenance personnel to achieve departmental objectives.
