Our client is looking for an experienced Management Accountant with at least 5 years of management accounting experience in a gas production industry who will sit at the intersection of finance and commercial decision-making, working with divisional managers and stakeholders across the organisation. Duties: Preparing, capturing, and processing Business unit month-end invoices. Preparing, capturing, and processing all Business unit costs at month-end to ensure accurate divisional Income Statements. Produce the monthly executive package to provide management with relevant information to aid in decision-making. Ensuring divisional line managers receive all relevant management information by distributing required reports. Produces divisional account reconciliations to ensure that allocation, payments, stock and costing transactions are correct. Assist in the annual target process. Prepare and present finance presentations. Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12). BCom Accounting with Honours. Studying towards CIMA will be advantageous. Experience: Minimum 5 years of Management accounting experience. Minimum 5 years' experience in Management Accounting. Strong knowledge of cost and management accounting. Experience in financial reporting and reconciliations. Experience working with business processes and cost optimisation. Experience with JDE will be advantageous. Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Confident and assertive when engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
