POSITION INFO:

The Ideal Candidate

Must have +- 3 years proven experience in Management Accounting.
Must come from a Property Industry or Financial Service industry (advantageous)
Must have good reporting skills.

Duties include:

Management Information

To produce business reports by developing reporting templates based on specific department requirements, extracting, analysing, and interpreting information and identifying variances and developing recommendations monthly.

Budgeting

To prepare the annual budget and periodic forecasting by engaging various departments to collect their budget plans, capturing budget information into IDU, drafting consolidated budgets and calculation of key performance indicators, testing the viability of the budget and providing feedback annually and as required.

Audit Process

Manage the end-to-end audit process at half year and at Year end by liaising with auditors, managing the audit process, directing queries, providing information and answering questions as required.

Board Reporting

To prepare Board reports by extracting financial and non-financial performance information for the company and all subsidiary companies, analysing and interpreting it and developing recommendations and drafting reports in the defined template quarterly.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification – BCom Financial Accounting / CIMA/ ACCA or CSA
