An exciting opportunity within the property industry for an experienced Management Accountant. This proudly South African company has been in existence for over three decades and are making a difference within the community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

Review the budget and forecasts

Prepare the annual budget

Periodic forecasting

Track cost and budget deviations

Prepare Board reports

Track monthly performance

Assist with audit process

Job Experience & Skills Required:

CA(SA) / BCom Honours

5 to 7 years’ experience in a similar role
