SUMMARY:
Exclusive Safari Lodge is looking for a MANAGEMENT COUPLE

POSITION INFO:
This exclusiveâuse retreat offers 3 to 5 enâsuite bedrooms with superâking beds, complemented by a fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge, outdoor shower decks, and infinity pool—all tucked within a private wilderness setting. A dedicated team including a chef, butler, and safari guide ensures an ultraâluxury, flexible experience—whether it’s game drives, bush walks, or al fresco dining at your leisure by the river or ocean. The property is offâgrid, blending comfort and sustainability.

Candidate requirements:

Minimum of 5 years experience within 5* properties
Own Transport
The ability to manage and lead a team
Must be guest-focused

Him:

Min Level 1 FGASA (Level 2 preferred)
Full Trails (Advantageous)
First Aid Level 1
Strong maintenance skills (Vehicles included)
Strong hosting skills

Her:

Excellent administrative capabilities
Strong Hosting skills
Basic HR knowledge
Must have a good overall understanding of all departments
PAN knowledge (non-negotiable)

Live-in role with food allowance. 6/2 cycle and 21 days of annual leave. Provident fund after 3 months and discretionary 13th cheque.
