SUMMARY:
Our client in the Public Sector - Education, has an opportunity available for a Manager: HR and Administration to be based in the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg. Preference to Persons Living with Disability.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Preference to Persons Living with Disability
Minimum Bachelor Degree at NQF level 7. Post-Graduate qualification will be an added advantage
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources with at least 3 years at management level
In-depth exposure to various HR specialist areas, specifically payroll supervision and experience in the public sector
Be prepared to travel and work overtime
Legislative knowledge of LRA, BCEA, SDA, EEA, SDLA, OHSA, SARS regulations

Manage Human Resource Unit Business Plan and Budget
Manage Human Resource Services Provision Plans and Cost
Manage Human Resource Unit Operational Performance and Efficiencies
Evaluate and implement organisational design and post establishment processes and approvals
Manage Performance Management and Rewards
Manage Employee Remuneration and Benefits
Manage Employee Relations
Manage staff training and development plans and implementation
Manage Employee Retention Programmes and Manage Organisational Change Programmes
Manage the Organization''s Office Administration and Support Services
Manage Personal and Staff Performance in Corporate Services Unit
