About the Opportunity You will lead business development across South Africa, introducing an intelligent, cloud-based HR platform that brings together the entire employee lifecycle within a single, intuitive solution. The platform combines automation, AI-driven workflows, analytics and employee self-service to help organisations reduce administration, improve employee experience and enable better business decisions. Working with HR, Finance, Operations and Executive Leadership teams, you will identify opportunities where organisations can modernise their people operations through digital transformation. This is a consultative sales role focused on understanding business challenges and demonstrating measurable business value. You should be able to demonstrate that you have: Built new business pipelines from scratch. Successfully sold enterprise SaaS solutions. Opened new accounts in competitive markets. Developed trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders. Managed consultative B2B sales processes. Consistently exceeded sales targets. Worked within performance-based remuneration and incentive structures. Experience selling one or more of the following would be highly advantageous: Human Capital Management (HCM) Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Workforce Management Time Attendance Payroll Technology Talent Acquisition Recruitment Technology Applicant Tracking Systems Employee Experience Platforms Learning or Performance Management Solutions Enterprise SaaS Solutions Who will succeed: Highly self-motivated and results driven.
