JOB SUMMARY:
Praesignis is looking for a Marketing Assistant who's key job responsibility will be to help manage all marketing activities. They will also be assisting the Marketing Coordinator with project planning, implementation and reporting to key stakeholders

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Assist with Planning and scheduling of planned activities
Following up of projects in progress with the marketing team
Update and reporting to Marketing Coordinator on projects
Assisting with PowerPoints, training and templates
Ensure all projects are finished according to allocated times
Assist with sorting through and vetting of documents
Training on all marketing activities
Assist the marketing coordinator with all admin tasks
Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information such as budget spreadsheets
Submitting of payment requisitions to the finance department on a monthly basis
Writing of reports, company brochures and similar documents
Helping organize market research
Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (Social media, web analytics, rankings etc)
Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
Communicate directly with suppliers and encourage trusting relationships
Assist with all content design (Adobe, illustrate, Canva, Premiere Pro)
Assist with implementing of all digital campaigns
Upskill in web-design and assist with changes that are needed
Be prepared to have ad hock projects with limited time frames attached
Assist with all content creation
Planning of events
Assist if needed with sorting through documents and ensuring it is correct.
