? What You'll Do:

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Champion brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team
Manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution
Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches and promotions
Track and optimise marketing budgets, KPIs, and ROI
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

? What You Bring:

A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
8–10 years of brand and consumer marketing experience
A solid grasp of the South African retail and FMCG landscape
Proven ability to manage teams and deliver results
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and marketing tools
A strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills
A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to stores as needed
