SUMMARY:
Our client based in Pretoria is currently seeking to appoint a "Marketing Manager" to join their team. Salary: R60 000 - R80 000 CTC p/m depending on experience.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Minimum of 6-10 years in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within retail or consumer goods.
Deep expertise in outdoor and hunting products; active personal involvement in outdoor activities strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
Exceptional strategic thinking and visionary leadership abilities.
Advanced project management and organizational skills, with experience in budget oversight and resource allocation.
Expertise in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, SEO/SEM platforms, social media management, CRM systems, and marketing automation software.
Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and
executive presentations.
Proven leadership in building and motivating teams, with a collaborative yet decisive approach.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, exceeding sales targets, and
achieving measurable business outcomes.
In-depth knowledge of the local firearms market, regulatory environments, and emerging industry trends.
