JOB SUMMARY:

The main purpose of this position:

Track shipments
Track GRVs (Good received vouchers)
Action ASNs (Advanced Shipping Notices)
Communication with suppliers on stock estimated times of arrival (ETAs)
Order management (create, place, confirm, ETA, receiving, escalation)
Local manufacturing administration
Stock control (UPD - DC snapshot, IBT's etc.)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Performance Outputs:
(But are not limited to)

Send monthly forecasts to suppliers
Pat report completion
Stock holding analysis
Order forecasting
Order sign offs
Booking and tracking of containers/shipments
Navigating the procurement model
Analysing stock levels
Reconciling orders placed and received
ROI calculations on re-packing
ROI calculations on transport costs
Weekly stock report

Requirements:

Matric (Maths, Accounting)
Bachelors in BCom, Finance or Engineering Preferred
1- or 2-years working experience

Skills & Competencies

Excel
Microsoft Word
Time management
Attention to detail

Behavioral Qualities:

Sense of urgency
Interpersonal skills
Good communication skills
Good compliance

General Working Conditions:

Driver’s License
May be required to work overtime when requested
