POSITION INFO:
Your Role This is a great opportunity to use your technical skills to keep client systems secure and stable. You will work with an energetic team that values operational efficiency and proactive support. The position offers fantastic internal support, hands-on learning, and room to advance your engineering career. You will directly help the team maintain high productivity and great customer service. Job Description Administer and manage client Microsoft environments daily. Support client IT infrastructure using modern MSP tools. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and local network issues quickly. Configure and deploy secure Windows Server environments. Manage active directory, user permissions, and cloud backups. Resolve user support queries within agreed service levels. Maintain accurate documentation of client network configurations. Deliver exceptional customer service through clear, helpful communication. Monitor system performance to prevent potential IT downtime. Collaborate with friendly team members to solve technical problems. What You Need to Apply A valid Microsoft IT Administration or MCSE qualification. Current Network N+ and A+ certifications. Proven experience working within a Managed Services Provider environment. Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft server technologies and networks. Experience with automated remote monitoring and management tools.
