We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Power Platform & SharePoint Developer to design, build, and maintain modern digital solutions across our organisation. The ideal candidate will consider themselves strong to expert in SharePoint development, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI, and will be confident engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

This role suits someone who is technically excellent, well-organised, proactive, and comfortable leading discussions with both technical and non-technical audiences.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, libraries, workflows, and custom components.
• Build high-quality PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to automate and streamline business processes.
• Develop and optimise Power Automate flows for integration, automation, and system orchestration.
• Create intuitive, interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Support integration across Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third-party systems.
• Ensure solutions follow best practices for security, scalability, governance, and documentation.

• Meet regularly with project stakeholders to gather requirements and provide progress updates.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and solution designs.
• Plan and manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Maintain excellent organisation and time management across multiple concurrent projects.
• Provide user training, communicate changes effectively, and support adoption of new solutions.

• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, data protection requirements, and Microsoft best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Power Platform and SharePoint environments.

Skills & Experience

• Expert-level proficiency in:
• SharePoint Online development (site architecture, modern pages, lists/libraries, JSON formatting, SPFx advantageous).
• PowerApps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven).
• Power Automate (cloud flows, approvals, integrations).
• Power BI (DAX, data modelling, visuals, publishing).
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and data integration.
• Experience with governance, security, and lifecycle management of Power Platform solutions.
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Dataverse, or Microsoft Graph API.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and confidently in English.
• A strong people person – approachable, patient, and comfortable working with diverse stakeholders.
• High degree of organisation, professionalism, and time-management.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Background in business analysis or project coordination.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-300, PL-400).
