SUMMARY:
Service Manager ( Territory Service Manager or Aftersales Manager) oversees technical support, dealer network performance, and warranty operations for bottling and food processing machinery. Manager will be responsible to bridge the gap between the manufacturer and client to ensure high customer satisfaction and efficient machine servicing and installation of equipment at clients plants.

POSITION INFO:
B Tech. Mechanical or Electrical Min Qualification. Fluent Afrikaans and English Able travel in Africa and Europe Technical Support: Resolve complex field and technical problems. Log issues in real-time tracking systems and follow through to root-cause. Installations: Install machinery and equipment at clients, technical support to clients. Filed service schedules for technicians, manage parts to clients. Training & Compliance: Conduct annual dealer service training, instruct teams on warranty protocols, and manage field machine modifications. Experience: 7 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in food processing and bottling equipment aftersales and service management. Skills: Strong diagnostic capabilities, process-driven organization, computer literacy, and strong interpersonal communication for building dealer relationships.
